We are about 300 Christian people, committed to making the world a better place, beginning with Hopkins, We are all ages, several ethnicities, and varied sexual orientations. We are independent in thought and united in action. We love Jesus and cherish his church. We all have deeply held convictions about faith and values. We are not into religious doctrine. We are affiliated with the United Church of Christ, a progressive Christian faith group. We respect and try to understand the religious ideas and practices of our neighbors.
We are active in mission, first in Hopkins, then in the metro, then in the world. We partner with other churches, and with synagogues, schools, businesses and the whole community. We teach our children love for Jesus, cooperation in the church, acceptance of others in society and the need for personal and communal responsibility. We have a full, thoughtful, practical sermon and inspirational music in worship every week. We have fellowship and faith enrichment opportunities for every age. We educate our children in the principals of faith we hold dear; we do not try in indoctrinate them.
We meet to worship God in community every Sunday at 10:00 am. We welcome children to church school at that time, too. We meet for fellowship and mission at other times; look at the event calendar to find out where. You can reach us by phone at 952.935.5509 between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

We do this because we're convinced it is important, even holy. We would like to tell you more about ourselves or, better yet welcome you to worship or one of our fellowship or mission opportunities. Until then, God bless you!
